The purpose of the contract is the provision of services relating to the control of the achievement of targets and milestones (target & milestones) of various Walloon projects under the National Plan for Recovery and Resilience (PNRR); this control will be carried out jointly with two full-time equivalents of the Transversal Strategies Unit (General Secretariat of the Public Service of Wallonia).

The role of the project controller, in this service contract, will be a role of monitoring and periodic support to the project manager in order to ensure the control of risks and therefore the achievement of milestones (including intermediate milestones) and targets set by the project. The controller will periodically check that the project manager is in line with his schedule to achieve his milestones and targets while being compliant with the specificities of the project. The estimated workload for each of the projects is included in the inventory annexed to the offer form; this workload integrates the two full-time equivalents of the Transversal Strategies Unit. The degree of complexity of the project identified in the inventory is related to the nature of the project.
