The client (AG) commissions the contractor (AN) to manage the University of German Statutory Accident Insurance, Campus Hennef, Zum Steimelsberg 7, in 53773 Hennef. In particular, management includes the provision of an attractive gastronomic offer with a balanced price/performance ratio and a contemporary, modern presentation, as well as profit-oriented management of the operation in the sense of the host for students, internal and external participants of others educational activities as well as teaching and administrative staff. Maximum customer and table guest satisfaction must be guaranteed through service-oriented behavior of plant managers and all other employees during operation, as well as the implementation of innovative product ideas with given technical means.

The tender for the entire procurement project is divided into the following lots:

— Lot 1: Campus Bad Hersfeld,

— Lot 2: Hennef campus (this announcement).

The submission of tenders is permitted for both lots or even just one of the lots.

Supplement to point II.1.4):

The management also includes the operation of the kitchen/canteen, the beer pub, the coffee shop, the beverage and take-back vending machines and the supply of lunch meals as well as special events (e.g. graduation ceremonies) by separate arrangement in accordance with the regulations of the contract.

The AN undertakes to prepare and provide full board (breakfast, lunch, morning and afternoon break coffee and dinner) for HGU guests.

Guests of the DGUV and HGU events, external events as well as the teaching and administrative staff of the DGUV University (HGU) and employees of Bonn-RheinSieg University of Applied Sciences and Faculty 06 can participate in full board.

The AN manages the operation under its own responsibility and at its own economic risk. The entire management (including goods purchases etc.) takes place in the name and on account of the AN.
