The project includes the construction of about 130 rental apartments at Masthuggskajen, between Oscarsleden and Masthuggstorget. The project is being carried out through several contracts where excavation, remediation and piling have been completed and the contract, which includes basements, is expected to be completed in the spring of 2024. This contract covers the superstructure contract. The contract will be carried out as a turnkey contract in collaboration.
