The subject of the contract is the purchase of insurance services in the scope of:

1 insurance of civil liability of the owner of motor vehicles for damage caused in connection with the use of such vehicles,

2 Auto-Casco insurance,

3 accident insurance for drivers and passengers.

A detailed description of the subject of the contract is included in Annex 8 to the SWZ. Information on insurance risk assessment is specified in the individual annexes to the SWZ for a given part of the contract.

The value of the contract is higher than the value of the Union thresholds. The Ordering Party informs that the estimated total value of the contract is the total value of the orders determined for individual lots, i.e. from Lot 1 to Lot 21.
