Dynamic Procurement System Target

This dynamic procurement system (hereinafter also referred to as “DPS”) is the production of cleaning services and service related supplementary services to customers of Hansel Oy (hereinafter referred to as Hansel) in the requisition to participate in the destinations and premises specified by the customer.

Cleaning services include:

— maintenance and basic cleaning

— Procurement of additional services directly related to cleaning services and/or supporting the process

— procurement and distribution of necessary goods and services related to the cleaning task

— separately ordered maintenance and basic cleaning.

The object of DPS is described in more detail in the request for participation and its annexes, in particular in Annex A “Subject of the Dynamic Procurement System”.

Dynamic Procurement System Categories

The dynamic procurement system is divided into two (2) independent categories. The categories include the same services, but their suitability requirements differ.

The categories are:

— Category 1

— Grade 2.

A candidate can apply for both categories with one (1) application. For the sake of clarity, it is stated that the candidate must submit the appendices and explanations required for each category of the candidate's applicant for suitability and conformity with the request for participation. If a candidate submits an application to participate in Category 1 and meets the requirements for Class 1, a candidate may also be automatically accepted in Category 2, provided that the candidate has indicated in the section the Procurement Criteria of his willingness to participate in both categories 1 and 2.

Duration of the dynamic procurement system

The DPS is valid until December 31, 2025, unless suspended earlier. During the duration of the DPS, all interested candidates may submit an application to participate in it.

Hansel Oy's clients execute the procurement among candidates approved for each category of DPS through intra-DPS competition, which may be scheduled for the entire acquisition phase of DPS. The acquisition phase of DPS will begin after the establishment phase on May 24, 2021, subject to the extension of the incorporation phase, and will expire at the expiry of the DPS on December 31, 2025.

Contracts shall be concluded before the end of the dynamic procurement system. Contracting contracts may be valid until 31 December 2028. Contract procurement (orders) may be made until the end of the contract.

Hansel has the right to suspend the dynamic procurement system in the middle of its validity.
