With this award procedure, the Central Procurement Office of the State of Rhineland-Palatinate (ZBL) plans - on behalf of the State Hospital (institution under public law) - the organization and implementation of audits, i.e. the audit of the annual financial statements 2023 to 2027 of the State Hospital (AöR) and its facilities as well as the subsidiary conMedico MVZ gGmbH, including the accounting and the management report for the financial year 2023 et seq. in accordance with §§ 316ff. HGB forgive. The audits are to be awarded by way of an open procedure in accordance with §§ 14, 15 VgV, § 119 GWB. The aim is to conclude a contract with a company (the future contractor).

In addition to the audit of the annual financial statements, the annual scope of the audit also includes:

- the examination in accordance with the provisions of Section 53 (1) Nos. 1 and 2 HGrG;

- the audit of the income from the compensation fund in accordance with the requirements of § 17a para. 7 sentence 2 KHG;

- the examination of the surcharges according to § 4 para. 11 KHEntG (hygiene surcharge);

- the examination of the report on the implementation of the Public Corporate Governance Code (PCGK) of the state government and

- the examination and confirmation of the divisional accounts submitted by the management for the execution of measures at the Rheinhessen-Fachklinik Alzey and the Rhein-Mosel-Fachklinik Andernach.
