Design and construction of the S19 expressway on the Lutcza section — in Domaradz (with junction) length approx. 6.43 km

The subject of the Order is:

"Design and construction of the S19 expressway on the section Lutcza - w. Domaradz (with a junction) length approx. 6.43 km"

Broken down into sections of works:

Section 1: Design and construction of the S19 expressway on the Lutcza section –

in. Domaradz (without node).

To the extent of an order outside of Episode 2.

Section 2: Design and construction of the S19 expressway on the section w. Domaradz (with interchange) - up to km 44+878,73.

As part of Episode 2, the following should be performed:

1) node "Domaradz",

2) section of the S19 expressway from km 43+900 to km 44+878.73 (the end of the section covered by the Contract).

For points 1) and 2) it is necessary to obtain a decision on the occupancy permit for the roadway of the S class road under construction, in the cross-section indicated in the Requirements of the Ordering Party.

The contracting authority stipulates that the above-mentioned decisions are to enable the use of the S-19 road on the section from the Domaradz junction to km 44+878.73 immediately after their issuance (they may not make their use dependent on the performance of any construction works referred to in Article 59 paragraph 2 of the Construction Law).

As part of the contract, the following should be designed and built:

• an expressway with a dual carriageway cross-section, approx. 6.43 km long;

• road junction: "Domaradz";

• Road Maintenance Circuit (OD) "Domaradz";

• Two-nave road tunnel T-3 running under Mount Hyb, 0.99 km long;

• Tunnel Management Centre with equipment;

• technical buildings at the tunnel with equipment;

• road engineering facilities;

• reconstruction of existing roads in terms of collision with route S19;

• additional roadways serving the adjacent area;

• technological belts;

• technical roads;

• infrastructure for pedestrians and cyclists;

• environmental protection devices including animal passages;

• acoustic, anti-dazzle and windward screens;

• infrastructure for the needs of facilities located along the road

express, including: power supply and lighting networks,

rainwater drainage system with pre-treatment devices,

water and sewage pumping stations, technological channels and others;

• reconstruction of conflicting equipment and networks of existing infrastructure;

underground and above-ground – demolition of buildings and structures;

• road marking and road safety equipment;

• traffic management system on the road and tunnel;

• technological channels;

• plantings of greenery;

• other preparatory, auxiliary and organizing work.
