3. The Ordering Party requires that the medicinal product offered in the offer be authorized for marketing in the Polish in accordance with the applicable law, the Pharmaceutical Law.

4. It is allowed to change the size of the package while maintaining the total amount of medicine administered by the Ordering Party and the required doses. In this case, the quantities required should be recalculated in such a way that the total quantity of the medicine is not less than that indicated in the CMS and the number of packages offered is a whole number, rounded up to the full packages.

5. Equivalent preparations (with the same international name and a different trade name and with proven therapeutic equivalence) may be offered, provided that the required dose, form and route of administration of the drug are maintained.
