The purpose of this contract is the production and distribution of magazines and displays Family Lives. It includes 3 lots: Lot 1: Printing-Finishing Lot 2: Distribution Lot 3: supply and personalization of displays with pediments for the provision to the public of the magazine "Vies de Famille"

For lot 1, the services include the reception and processing of printable files, printing, folding, assembling, shaping and packaging magazines and their shipment to the distribution company's delivery points.

For lot 2, the services include the receipt of magazines delivered by the printer, the preparation of parcels/orders, the distribution of copies to the network of partners as well as the take-back and end-of-life management of documents set up but not distributed. This network of partners is made up of Town Halls, ccas, cpam.

for lot 3, the services concern the supply and personalization of displays with pediments for the provision to the public of the magazine "Vies de Famille" on behalf of the National Mission "Vies de Famille" managed by the Caisse d'allocations Familiales de Meurthe-et-Moselle
