a group of orders has been set up between the municipality (coordinator) and the CCAS of Joinville le Pont, in order to conclude the insurance contracts. The purpose of this call for competition is to choose: - the insurance intermediary(ies) who will be responsible for the placement of contracts, their management and the settlement of claims; - the mutual insurance company(ies) or mutual insurance company(ies) without intermediaries which will cover the various insurance risks. The market is composed of 5 lots. The CCAS of Joinville le Pont joins the group of orders for the purchase of insurance services covered by lots 1, 2 and 4. For these lots, the candidate must imperatively present an offer for each of the members of the group of orders so that his offer can be considered complete and regular. Each of the lots will be awarded to a single contracting party
lot 1: Fire insurance - various damage to propertyinsurance contract to cover the risk "Fire Miscellaneous Damage to Property" of the two members of the group
Lot 2: General Liability Insuranceinsurance contract to cover the "General civil liability" risk of the two members of the grouping
Lot 3: vehicle fleet insuranceinsurance contract to cover the "Car fleet" risk of the city
Lot 4: Insurance Criminal legal protection of territorial agents and elected officialsinsurance contract to cover the risk "Criminal legal protection of territorial agents and elected officials" of the two members of the grouping
lot 5: Assurance Navigationinsurance contract to cover the "Navigation" risk of the city
