1. Provision of towing (removal) and storage services in a guarded car park of vehicles from the Poznań Poviat, removed pursuant to Article 130a of the Act of 20 June 1997. Road Traffic Law (Journal of Laws of 2022, item 988, as amended).

2. The order will be implemented successively, in accordance with the unit prices proposed by the Contractor, to use the amount that the Ordering Party allocated for the performance of the task, i.e. up to PLN 2,000,000.00 gross.

3. The actual number of services provided will depend on the current needs of the Ordering Party, and the determination of the maximum nominal value in the contract may not (if necessary) be the basis for claims from the Contractor.

4. The Ordering Party requires a deposit in the amount of PLN 42,000.00.

5. The contracting authority provides for the possibility of awarding contracts similar to the basic task, the value of which will not exceed 50% of the value of the basic contract.
