this consultation is a public service contract for the management of household and similar waste on the territory of the Communauté de communes Terroir de Caux (CCTCAUX below) lots 1, 2 and 3. Place of performance; intercommunal perimeter of the CCTCAUX, which includes 38,000 inhabitants and 79 member municipalities
collection of household and similar waste and recyclable waste outside the verethe service to be provided includes the entire territory.
- door-to-door collection in bags and rolling bins of OMR in C1/2 in municipalities with a population of less than 1400 inhabitants, plus a few points to collect once a week, and their transport to the SMITVAD Valor'Caux treatment unit located in Brametot,
- Collection in the municipalities of Bacqueville en Caux, Luneray, Val de Scie (Auffay sector), Tôtes and Val de Saâne is maintained in frequency C1 all year round.
- door-to-door collection of bags and/or rolling bins of multi-materials (recyclable mixed waste) once every 2 weeks (C1/2) in the municipalities of the CCTCAUX, their loading into FMA seedlings (transport to the sorting center being the responsibility of lot no3)

management of the lower quay of the dechetterie de la gueures, the dechetterie of the chapelle du bougay and the dechetterie de vassonville (excluding dds)on the GUEURES landfill:
- The operation of the "bottom of the quay" on the main waste defined below
- the provision of containers,
- the removal of waste bins from the waste collection and transport either to outlets designated by the Holder and treatment of this collected waste, or outlets designated by the community.
on the la CHAPELLE du BOURGAY garbage dump:
- The operation of the "bottom of the quay" on the main waste defined below

- the removal of waste bins from the waste collection and transport either to outlets designated by the Holder and treatment of this collected waste, or outlets designated by the community.
on the VASSONVILLE landfill:
- The operation of the "bottom of the quay" on the main waste defined below

- the removal of waste bins from the waste collection and transport either to outlets designated by the Holder and treatment of this collected waste, or outlets designated by the community.
and in general, all the services indicated in this CCTP of lot No. 2.
transport, reception and sorting of recovery of recyclable waste from selective collection (excluding glass)- Semi-FMA transport of multi-materials from the transfer room of the community of communes Terroir de Caux or transfer dock nearby
- sorting and valorization of recyclable waste from the selective collection (excluding glass) of users of the Caux Terroir territory
And in general, all the services indicated in this CCTP of lot No. 3
the missions entrusted to the Holder(s) are described in the Special Administrative Clauses Book as well as in this Special Technical Clauses Book.
The service to be provided must comply with the Collection Regulations. Being in the process of being updated, it will be given to the Holder at the start of the market.
