This consultation concerns the works contracts for the rehabilitation of buildings K and G of the customs site in Marseille (56 boulevard de Strasbourg, 13003 Marseille). The project consists of rehabilitating a set of two buildings in order to integrate a total of 58 apartments divided into T4 and T5 (204 student rooms) including four PMR accommodation + 1 type 4 official accommodation.
