The Wit-Gele Kruis Oost-Vlaanderen (WGKOVL) wants to be the reference in home nursing within socially responsible total care. To realize this ambition, the WGKOVL has a fleet of approximately 1,600 vehicles at its disposal. Part of these vehicles must be parked pending allocation to a new user. This government contract concerns a framework agreement for transport from a number of limitatively described locations to a parking location that is provided by the service provider on East Flemish territory. After assignment to an employee, the vehicle must then be transported again to a location specified by the contracting authority.
