The subject of the contract in task I is a service consisting in the collection and management of municipal waste from owners of real estate where residents live in the municipality of Kruszwica, including the city of Kruszwica and 30 villages.
The subject of the contract in task II is the collection and management of municipal waste collected in a selective manner at the Selective Municipal Waste Collection Point located on the premises of Spółka Wodnej Sp. z o.o., Szarlej 18, and equipping the point and other places specified by the Ordering Party with the appropriate number and types of containers for municipal waste collection.
The object of the order in Task III is the collection and development of municipal waste from uninhabited properties belonging to Kruszwica Municipality. The location and types of containers and properties are set out in Annex 4 to the model contract.
I. Task I:
1. The subject of the contract in task I is a service consisting in the collection and management of municipal waste from owners of real estate where residents live in the municipality of Kruszwica, including the city of Kruszwica and 30 villages, and the collection and management of municipal waste from owners of real estate on which there are summer cottages including the city of Kruszwica and the towns: Mietlica, Ostrówek, Popowo, Złotowo.
2. The scope of the contract includes the collection and management of non-segregated (mixed) municipal waste with the code 20 03 01, collected in containers at residential buildings and uninhabited properties where summer cottages are located, and the collection and management of municipal waste listed below, collected in a selective manner.
3. The estimated amount of municipal waste collected during the contract execution period in the city and municipality of Kruszwica will amount to a total of approx. 11 610 Mg, of which:
- non-segregated (mixed) municipal waste approx. 7 550 Mg
separately collected:
- Paper ok. 260 mg,
- glass approx. 700 Mg,
- metals and plastics approx. 800 Mg,
- bioodpady ok. 2 300 Mg.
The final amount of waste will be known as a result of the task. The amount of municipal waste can be dependent on the season.
II. Task II:
1. The subject of the contract in task II is the collection and management of municipal waste collected in a selective manner at the Selective Municipal Waste Collection Point located on the premises of Spółka Wodnej Sp. z o.o., Szarlej 18, and equipping the point and other places specified by the Ordering Party with the appropriate number and types of containers for municipal waste collection: paper, metals and plastics, glass, bio-waste, chemicals, needles and syringes, waste batteries and accumulators, waste electrical and electronic equipment, furniture and other bulky waste, used tyres, construction and demolition waste, waste roofing felt, textiles and clothing, ashes.
2. The Contractor is obliged to equip PSZOK with the appropriate number and types of containers for collecting municipal waste. The number and types of containers are specified in the "List of containers in PSZOK" constituting Annex 2 to the model contract.
III. Task III:
1. The subject of the contract in task III is the collection and management of municipal waste from uninhabited real estate belonging to the Kruszwica Commune. The location and types of containers and real estate are specified in Annex 4 to the model contract.
2. The Contractor undertakes to receive municipal waste on the telephone application of the Ordering Party. The Contractor shall be obliged to remove the impurities from the area around the containers after they are emptied each time and to dispose of the emptied containers to their permanent location.
3. The estimated quantity and types of containers intended for export during the period of the contract is approximately:
- KP-10 container — biowaste — 40 pcs
- Container KP-7 – unsegregated (mixed) municipal waste – 500 pcs.
- Container 1100 liters – non-segregated (mixed) municipal waste - 150 pcs.
- Container 1100 liters – paper – 80 pcs.
- Container 1100 liters – metals and plastics – 180 pcs.
- Container 1100 liters – glass – 80 pcs.
- Container 120 liters – non-segregated (mixed) municipal waste – 168 pcs.
- Container 120 liters – paper – 168 pcs.
- Container 120 liters – metals and plastics - 168 pcs.
- Container 120 liters – glass -168 pcs.
- Container 60 liters - unsegregated (mixed) municipal waste - 800 pcs.
The Ordering Party reserves the right to change the scope of services commissioned in accordance with current needs.
