The purpose of this framework agreement is to define the terms governing future contracts to be awarded (hereinafter referred to as subsequent contracts) for the purchase and delivery of various kitchen equipment materials. This framework agreement covers the needs for large materials, furniture, and equipment necessary for the operation of collective catering, the municipal restaurant, the municipal apprenticeship training center, satellite kitchens, and the operations of fitting out self service in schools.
