The contracting authority would like to enter into a contract with a service provider for an evaluation of ‘Ringer i Vannet’. ‘Ringer i Vannet’ is a project that was launched by NHO in 2012 in order to contribute to increased goal achievement for sub goal 2 in the IA contract.

‘Ringer i Vannet’ is a project that was launched by NHO in 2012 in order to contribute to increased goal achievement for sub goal 2 in the IA contract. The intention of the project is to allow for a closer cooperation between NHO's 21 000 member companies and the branch organisation ‘Arbeid og Inkludering's'’ 110 member companies.

In 2014 FAFO was awarded the assignment of mapping the method used for ‘Ringer i Vannet’ and the various participants' experiences so far.

‘Ringer i Vannet’ uses a methodology that supplements NAV's and the initiative organisers' usual market contact. Emphasis shall be put on the contracting authority's needs in the dissemination. The material intervention is the establishment of an assignment as a business consultant in the involved initiative companies and the preparation of a method booklet.

The intention of this work is to get more persons with reduced functionality in work and, besides, to increase the chance of a more stable work relationship.
