The contract includes the following services:

Assistance with the commercial management of the network:

; Support for the community in the establishment of subscription policies for buildings to be connected,

; Support for the community in billing for the supply of thermal energy to subscribers.

Assistance in the reception of works and the management of disputes that may arise due to poor workmanship and / or damage by third parties to which they may be subject.

Operation of the works (main purpose):

; Supply of thermal energy (P1 station) to the various delivery points of the district heating and cooling network,

; driving and routine maintenance services (item P2) of the thermal distribution installations of the district heating and cooling network,

; Total guarantee services (item P3) for thermal distribution installations in district heating and cooling.

The contract covered by this consultation is a service contract concerning both the purchase of a supply or service and its maintenance or monitoring.
