Consultation with a view to taking out insurance contracts guaranteeing the financial risks related to the statutory social protection of the personnel of local authorities, public establishments, pursuant to Law No. 84-53 and Decree No. 86-552. Membership is offered to local authorities and public institutions in Isère, whether affiliated or not to the CDG _ four (4) years_ a firm tranche (framework agreement with purchase orders without mini or maxi) + optional installments _ to the the selection phase of the applications, the selected candidates will have to produce during a 2 of phase a technical memory framework and a financial proposal.

This 2 of phase will be the subject of a consultation regulation submitted to the successful candidates, which will specify the place, the date and the deadline for submission of bids. Access to documents will therefore be restricted to candidates admitted to tender in the offer and negotiation phase.

This contract contains a firm tranche and optional tranches. The firm tranche is a framework agreement with purchase orders for services with no minimum or maximum (Article 78 of Decree No. 2016-360 of 25.3.2016).

The firm tranche covers statutory risk insurance (CNRACL or Ircantec agents) for public authorities and institutions employing not more than 30 CNRACL affiliated agents.

The optional tranches cover statutory risk insurance (CNRACL or Ircantec agents): one per community or public institution employing more than 30 CNRACL affiliated agents who have deliberated to mandate the CDG to participate in the consultation.
