Under the conditions defined by the provisions of the decree of 25 June 1980 as amended approving the general, specific and special provisions of the safety regulations against the risks of fire and panic in establishments open to the public, the sites of the Sae Popb are classified establishments open to the public ("ERP") of 1st category, intended to accommodate activities of type L, N, X, T and Ps.

in this context, the Contracting Authority is seeking the services of an economic operator in order to provide fire safety services and assistance to persons on the sites of the Sae Popb.
