The contracting authority would like to enter into a framework agreement with one tenderer to cover their need to procure consultancy assistance in the form of project management and construction management for buildings and plants within the waste industry.

There is a need for project and construction managers with competence and experience in building and plant projects at or near landfills, construction and decommissioning of landfills, and other upcoming assignments related to their daily operation.

Project managers and construction managers will assist Sirkula with necessary services in connection with construction and new buildings, as well as be Sirkula's representative in needs assessments, application processes, design and implementation of various building and construction projects. See Annex 1 for details about the services.

A contract will be signed for 2 years, with a unilateral option for the Contracting Authority to extend the contract for a further 1+1 year.

The scope is estimated to be between 2000 and 5000 hours over the course of 4 years. The value of the contract is estimated to be between NOK 2.2 million and 5.5 million. The contract will have an upper limit of a call-off equivalent to NOK 5.5 million.

A contract will be signed with the tenderer that won the contest, HRP AS.
