The Chemical Assessment and Testing (CAT) Unit of the Institute for Health and Consumer Protection (IHCP), JRC of the European Commission is launching a call for tender for the acquisition and maintenance of an asymmetric flow field-flow fractionation system.
Part of the CAT Unit activities is focused on the detection and measurement of nanoparticles in complex matrices such as food and consumers products. In this frame, the IHCP intends to buy an asymmetric-flow field-flow fractionation (AFFFF) system for the size measurement and characterisation of nanoparticles in solution.
