Introduction
Kumla Municipality is a growing municipality. The number of inhabitants is just under 22,000 at present and is centrally located in Närke. Part of the vision is to become 25,000 residents by 2025. The municipality has about 2200 people employee.In the municipality of Kumla there are six administrations which together are responsible for most of the community service to the inhabitants of the municipality. Each administration is governed by a board appointed by the city council. The service personnel in administrations, in turn, look to realise the policy decisions of the Board. In order to best accommodate both administrations and taxpayers, Kumla Municipality purchases goods and services correctly and economically so as to obtain the best possible benefit for the funds available. municipality buys goods and services for just over 500 million annually.Kumla municipality has a real estate volume of 152,245 square meters.

This procurement refers to framework contracts for construction contracts between SEK 800,000 up to 10 000 000 kr to Kumla Municipality. The aim is to sign framework agreements with three (3) suppliers.
Term
The Agreement applies for the period 2022-06-01 to 2025-06-01 with the unilateral right for the contracting authority to be able to terminate the contract after two years of termination period of at least three months.
Volume
Estimated volume for the estimated contract period (4years) is about 30 to 40 million SEK.
The ceiling volume for this agreement is NOK 50 million thereafter the agreement expires.
The sum is based on statistics and future needs and shall not be considered binding, but providers shall deliver the actual need.
Contractors are essentially covered by works arising after policy decisions, adopting investment and property maintenance frameworks. The investment frameworks of the municipality vary in size year on year, meaning that the volume outline of works that may be canceled under this agreement is not possible to forecast. The work that will be called off is evidenced by the size of the object (see AFA.21).
