The offering is divided into two (2) sub-contracts for operating leases of 23 units. Official cars powered by an internal combustion engine and associated fuel, as well as operational leasing of 13 zero-emission electric station wagons. The purpose of use of the vehicles in the lots is quite different, which is described in more detail in section 1.5.1 of the tender specifications.

The agreement includes the monthly lease payment, service and tire agreement, which runs over a period of 48 months per vehicle from the time of delivery.

DanPilot is the state pilotage company in Denmark and handles pilotage in Danish waters. For this reason, DanPilot has activities and stations at several locations in Denmark and of course carries out pilotages throughout Denmark from Skagen to Gedser and everything in between.

The sub-agreement for the operational leasing of 23 brand new official cars with an internal combustion engine.

Delivery of three (3) laps with respectively 6, 11 and 6 cars per delivery as well as a total mileage pool valid across the cars per year.

The agreement includes the monthly lease payment, service and tire agreement, which runs over a period of 48 months per vehicle from the time of delivery. The contracting entity shall not incur any derived costs in connection with the leasing agreement. The lease payment must be stated with fixed payment throughout the lease period and must not be subject to change except as mentioned in Draft Contract, points 2.4 and 4.4.

The vehicles covered by Lot 1 are intended to be used primarily for long trips on major roads such as motorways and country roads in Denmark, in connection with the pilots' transport from e.g. their home address to the port from where DanPilot sails the pilot out to sign on the ship that has ordered pilotage. After completing the pilotage, the pilot signs off the ship and DanPilot sails the pilot back on land, which may be at the other end of the country, from where the pilot can take another official car and drive home.

It is the Purchaser's assumption that vehicles in the mid-range (car segments C and D) will be suitable for the intended use. An alternative could be SUV or Crossover, provided the vehicles are suitable for their intended use and fuel economy.

The sub-agreement regarding operational leasing of 13 identical electric cars, which were last produced in 2021 and have driven a maximum of 15,000 km.

Delivery as soon as possible, partial delivery is accepted.

The contracting entity shall not incur any derived costs in connection with the leasing agreement. The lease payment must be stated with fixed payment throughout the lease period and must not be subject to change except as mentioned in Draft Contract, points 2.4 and 4.4.

The vehicles covered by sub-agreement 2 are purposed to be individually assigned to one of DanPilot's stations/addresses around Denmark and from there primarily to be used for short journeys. The contracting entity has an idea that a less electric car will be suitable for its intended use.
