The following NHS Trusts are looking to collaborate on a procurement exercise to establish a preferred supplier for its outsourced printing requirements including (but no limited to) business stationery, business cards, leaflets, booklets, posters, brochures, NCR sets, forms and reports.

— South Tyneside NHS Foundation Trust,

— County Durham Procurement Consortium (Incorporating the following Trusts - County Durham and Darlington NHS Foundation Trust,Tees, Esk and Wear Valleys NHS Trust, NHS Durham & Darlington),

— Sunderland City Hospitals Procurement (Incorporating the following Trusts Sunderland City Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust, Gateshead Primary Care Trust, Sunderland Primary Care Trust, South of Tyne Primary Care Trust),

— Northumberland, Tyne and Wear NHS Foundation Trust.

Suppliers should be able to offer the service in the following distinct areas,

— Supplier managed stock,

— Ad hoc printing requirements.

Litho and Digital Printing should be available to ensure the most cost effective printing at the required quantities.
