- revision of the Predictable Natural Risk Prevention Plans (stream overflows and land movements) of the 6 municipalities located downstream of the municipality of Toulouse: Beauzelle, Blagnac, Fenouillet, Gagnac sur Garonne, Lespinasse and Seilh.

The market will have one firm slice and 8 optional slices.

the service provider will carry out studies related to the phenomenon of flooding, the definition of the issues and the elaboration of the PPRN.

Concerning the expertise related to the phenomena of ground movement, this will be entrusted to the Brgm.

The BRGM will be solicited as part of a Research and Development agreement.

The service provider will have the role of aggregating the expertise data of the Brgm.

The market will have a firm slice:

Prior analysis,

study of hazards,

environmental assessment - request for review on a case-by-case basis,

study of the issues,

development of regulatory zoning,

preparation of the PPRN file,

Public inquiry,

response to the comments of the Investigating Commissioner and finalization of the file.

The services will be the subject of a contract with optional installments in accordance with the provisions of Articles R.2113-4 to R.2113-6 of the Public Order Code (Ccp).
