To protect the Medicines Agency against IT threats in the form of, for example, infringement, fraud and interruptions, we are in need of an IT security partner who, 24/7, can:

• monitor,

• alarm and

• act on cybersecurity incidents and intrusions.

The provider shall be able to perform the following services under the contract:

• SOC responsible for monitoring, alerting and acting on cybersecurity incidents and intrusions, 24/7/365.

• Provide Endpoint Detection and Response (EDR) for clients and servers, as well as complementary log management function for incidents or investigations;

• Provide expertise for advising and enhancing delivered services or adapting Pharmaceutical Agency infrastructure/software and

• Provide expertise for forensic investigation/analysis and recovery in cybersecurity incidents.

• Perform safety tests with a view to improving SOC delivery and safety of the Pharmaceutical Agency.
