1. The subject of the contract is the provision of services related to the collection and development of municipal waste produced by the owners of the property from the Ordering Party.

2. The subject of the contract includes:

2.1. receiving municipal waste from all inhabited properties, uninhabited properties used for recreational and leisure purposes located within the municipality of Wartkowice;

2.2. receiving selectively collected municipal waste at the selective collection point (hereinafter referred to as PSZOK) and from the designated collective collection sites set out in Annex No 7 to the SWZ.

1. The subject of the order includes the following services:

1) the receipt and management of any quantity of unsegregated (mixed) municipal waste code: 20 03 01;

2) the collection and management of each quantity of municipal waste selectively collected, including paper and paperboard, metals, plastics, multi-plant packaging, mixed packaging, glass, biowaste constituting municipal waste, codes: 15 01 01, 20 01 01 01, 19 12 01 01 01 01 01, 19 12 01 01 01 , 15 01 04, 20 01 40, 15 01 02, 20 01 39, 15 01 05, 15 01 06, 15 01 07, 20 02 01 01, and the collection and management of each quantity of municipal waste selectively collected from pharmacies, schools, designated places of collective collection, including medicines, batteries, glass, plastic with codes: 20 01 32 , 20 01 34, 15 01 07, 15 01 02;

3. Receiving and handling of any quantity of municipal waste selectively collected not specified in point 3.2, which include: furniture and other large-sized waste, spent tyres and waste electrical and electronic equipment with codes: 20 03 07, 16 01 03, 20 01 35, 20 01 01 36;

4) receipt and use from PSZOK of any quantity of municipal waste selectively collected, including paper and paperboard, metals, plastics, glass, multi-plant packaging, biowaste constituting municipal waste, with codes: 15 01 01, 20 01 01 01, 19 12 01 01, 15 01 04, 15 01 04, 20 01 40, 15 01 02, 20 01 39, 15 01 07, 15 01 06, 15 01 05, 20 02 01; hazardous waste — 20 01 21, 20 01 28, 20 01 23; expired medicines — 20 01 32, chemicals — 20 01 80; non-eligible waste for household medical waste as a result of the intake of products medicinal injections and monitoring of blood substance levels in particular needles and syringes — 20 01 99, spent batteries and batteries — 20 01 34; consumed electrical and electronic equipment codes: 20 01 35, 20 01 36; bulky waste — 20 03 07; worn tyres 16 01 03 03 03 03 03 , construction waste (minor repair work not requiring notification) — 17 01 07, 17 09 04 and textiles and clothing — 20 01 10, 20 01 11;

5. Equipment of the property referred to in paragraph 2.1 of this Chapter with a set of containers and bags used for the collection of municipal waste and collection of containers after completion of the subject of the contract;

6) the development and delivery of the Ordering Party and the owners of the property indicated

in point 2.1 of this Chapter, the timetable for the collection of municipal waste;

7) keeping records and records related to the collection and management of municipal waste;

8) possession during the entire period of implementation of the contract of insurance of the trader in respect of the business activity related to the subject of the contract for the amount of at least PLN 1 000 000 000 (in words: one million zlotys).

2. The estimated total amount of municipal waste that can be received and developed during the duration of the contract represents approximately 1,365 Mg.
