The objective of the request is to establish an agreement for consultancy services and technical assistance for the Agresso financial system on behalf of the universities and university colleges (institutions) that UNINETT has operational responsibility for.

The work that shall be carried out is divided into 2:

1. Technical assistance under the current operations model (technical applications operations).

2. Consultancy services and assistance with the use of the software (utilisation and configuration).
