The object of the Order is a service consisting in the execution of a Seismic Monitoring System and conducting Seismic Monitoring in the Lubiate-Kopalino Location Region and in the Zharnowiec Location Region.

The Order Subject will include Basic Scope and Optional Scope.

The Basic Scope will include conducting continuous seismic monitoring from June 1, 2022 to December 31, 2022 and the preparation of the Seismic Monitoring Final Report.

Optional scope will include: the installation of seismometers (surface, hole) and accelerometers, i.e. the installation of a Seismic Monitoring System and conducting continuous seismic Monitoring in 2023. The Order Subject also applies to processing, analyzing and interpretation of data recorded by the Seismic Monitoring System.

Details include the Order Terms Specification (hereinafter SWZ)

1. The object of the Order is a service consisting in the execution of the Seismic Monitoring System and the conduct of Seismic Monitoring in the Lubiato-Kopalino Location Region and in the Zarnowiec Location Region.

The Order Subject will include Basic Scope and Optional Scope. The Basic Scope will include conducting continuous seismic monitoring from June 1, 2022 to December 31, 2022 and the preparation of the Seismic Monitoring Final Report. Optional scope will include: the installation of seismometers (surface, hole) and accelerometers, i.e. the installation of a Seismic Monitoring System and conducting continuous seismic Monitoring in 2023. The Order Subject also applies to processing, analyzing and interpretation of data recorded by the Seismic Monitoring System.

The Seismic Monitoring System consists of the following elements፦ Seismic Monitoring System in the hole for the Lubiatowo-Kopalino Location and in the hole for the Żarnowiec Location; -Accelerometric Monitoring System for the Lubiatowo-Kopalino Location and for the Żarnowiec Location; - Seismic monitoring system with surface seismic stations.

In continuous seismic monitoring, the Contractor will prepare quarterly reports. 2. Seismic monitoring will be conducted from 01.06.2022 to 31.12.2022 (Basic Scope) and from 01.01.2023 to 31.12.2023 (Optional Scope). A frenzy. And to the Designed provisions of the Agreement constituting the Zal. No 1 to SWZ.

4. Local Vision - The Ordering Party provides for the possibility of carrying out a local vision. Details include paragraph 3 of SWZ.

5. The Contracting Authority pursuant to Article 18 (4) of the PZP Act requires contractors to maintain confidentiality of the procurement data and the Contracting Authority obtained in the course of this procedure, i.e. the documents listed in paragraph 3.7 SWZ.

6. Documents and confidential information referred to in point 3.7. SWZ, the Ordering Party will submit as follows: The documents will be made available to the Contractor only for inspection (without the possibility of fixing the image) at the office of the Ordering Party at: 49 Mokotowska Street, 00-542 Warsaw, on weekdays of the week (pn) until the deadline for submission of tenders in hours 10:00 a.m. — 2:00 p.m. Prior to the release of the documents referred to in point 3.7. SWZ, each person who makes an insight shall be obliged to provide the Contracting Authority with a statement of confidentiality. Details of the release of confidential information include SWZ in paragraph 3.7 et seq.
