The City of Alavus is asking for a tender for the management of service traffic in accordance with the tender documents.

Service traffic refers to purchased traffic that is regular, whose services are generally available and the management of which is based on an agreement with the subscriber on the purchase of services. The service provider must have the necessary permits to operate the service and the driver must have the required professional qualifications. In addition, the driver must have good professional and customer service skills. The service provider is responsible for the driver's professional skills and training.

When responding to a call for tenders, the tenderer undertakes to conclude the entire purchase traffic contract in accordance with the tender documents, together with the conditions set out therein.

As a rule, the tendering process concerns the management of service traffic and other related transports in the area of the City of Alavus between 1.3.2023 and 28.2.2026. The subject of the invitation to tender is specified in detail in the service description in the tender document. The tender must be submitted as specified in the tender documents. Tenders may not in any way be tied to decisions relating to other tenders.
