The Bayerischer Rundfunk is looking for a contractor for the regulation and control of the building services in the newly built News Center and Wellenhaus:
Building automation system consisting essentially of:
- Creating a BACnet interface to the on-site property control center (manufactured by Kieback & Peter).
Construction, setup and commissioning:
- a server-based building control center for approx. 12,000 data points,
- a GA network (BACnet IP) for connecting the switchgear and the control room,
- of individual room controller units for approx. 650 rooms,
- of switchgear for heating, ventilation, cooling water and cold water with corresponding automation stations for approx. 10 000 physical data points and bus interfaces as well as power units,
- delivery and installation of field devices,
- wiring of the field devices,
- BSK connection via own bus system in a closed ring,
- Gas warning systems for underground parking (CO), refrigerant outlet and extinguishing gas outlet.
Connection to existing property control center:
The new plant to be constructed must be connected to the existing property control center (manufactured by Kieback & Peter). The connection is made via the BR network. The bus system BACnet IP is used.
Interface is the creation of the EDE file and the transfer of the control schemes. The processing on the property control center takes place on site and is not scope of this invitation to tender
Construction, installation and commissioning of a building control center:
An independent building control center (GLT) will be set up to monitor, operate and optimize the systems on site.
Scope of delivery approx. 12,000 physical data points.
Building communication networks:
Construction of a fiber optic data network to connect the automation stations with the BMS. Bus protocol: BACnet IP
Construction of a fieldbus system for connecting the ventilation automation stations with the room controllers. Bus protocol at the choice of the tenderer.
For each riser shaft and floor, a distributor is set up as a bus node and for voltage supply. Each room has its own modular room controller installed.
Information centers / automation stations:
For the control and regulation of the central media technology facilities, 11 Information Centers (ISP) will be established.
The ISPs are subdivided into feeders, power and control parts as well as MCR parts.
The connection of the large devices and the meters is done via bus systems.
The connection and regulation of the rooms is per room via modular room controllers.
Scope of services: approx. 10 000 physical data points.
Actuators / sensors:
Supply and installation of actuators and sensors for data acquisition and control. The assembly of the water side to be installed is done by the respective plant manufacturer
Cabling:
Cabling and connection to components connected to the MSR.
Cable laying takes place in the control centers via cable systems that have to be installed by themselves.
Outside the headquarters, the corresponding routes can be used by ELT after prior notification. The cabling between the room controllers and the field devices in the rooms takes place on self-erecting carrier systems.
BSK-BUS system:
The fire doors are controlled and signaled via a BSK-BUS system. The construction takes place in a closed ring as a secured system.
Gas detection systems:
For monitoring the extinguishing agent control center (O2-min), the refrigeration control center (R134a) and the underground car park (CO), a gas warning system is set up.
The systems consist of: Gas warning center with its own UPS, gas sensors, horns, flashing lights and warning lights including cabling and commissioning.
