exempted school bus transport (special student transport)

It concerns the transportation of students from municipal schools in Wetter (Ruhr). A contract is concluded for the school years 2022/2023 to 2023/2024. This comes into force on 01.08.2022 and is valid until 31.07.2024.

There is the option of a one-time contract extension by the school board for the school years 2024/2025 to 2025/2026 (beginning 31.07.2024 to 31.07.2026). The school authority shall make a binding declaration in writing, no later than 6 months before the end of the contract, whether the contract will be extended for another two school years. If this is not the case, the contract automatically ends on 31.07.2024.
