The subject of the contract is the provision of services of collection, transport and management of municipal waste from real estate covered by the municipal waste management system. The contracting authority provides for the award of contracts referred to in Article 214 paragraph 1 point 7 of the Act, consisting in the performance of the same or similar services as services constituting the subject of the basic contract and related to the performance of this contract, i.e. collection, transport and management of selected waste fractions, up to 5% of the estimated value of the basic contract - detailed information is included in the SWZ in Chapter XXXI.
