The purpose of this consultation is to award a multi-award framework agreement setting out the terms and conditions for awarding subsequent contracts and their general conditions of execution. The Subsequent Contracts will concern the design and implementation of GC-VRD type work operations in the context of the construction or renovation of boiler rooms or substations for the transfer of public district heating services operated by DALKIA and its subsidiaries in the Auvergne-Rhône-Alpes and Burgundy regions.

A first subsequent contract, awarded simultaneously to this framework agreement, will concern the design and implementation of renovation works and fireproof compliance of the existing boiler room building supplying the urban heat network operated by CLUSES ENERGIES in the city of Cluses. This work will be carried out in 2022. The framework agreement is concluded with a minimum of 150,000 euros, for a maximum value of 1,500,000 euros and does not confer exclusivity on the holders on the needs of the contracting entity.
