Humberside Fire and Rescue Service (HFR&S) wishes to procure a managed wide area network service to support voice, data and video communications between a minimum of 32 sites, mainly in the Humberside region of England.

To summarise the overall requirement is likely to compirse of the following elements:

Provision of appropriate circuits mainly in HFR&S sites.

Provision of appropriate Customer Premise Equipment (CPE) at HFR&S sites.

Provision of proactive managment service.

Provision of a managed Internet service.

HFR&S may also require.

Local area network equipment and services.

Network Security services.

Voice services (inbound and outbound).

Ancillary equipment.

Hosting services and facilities.

Network cabling services.

Consultancy and professional services.

The managed wide area network service will be required to conform to developing Cabinet Office Public Services (PSN) standards, where applicable, and be capable of security accreditation up to Impact Level 2 under HMG Government Protective Marking Scheme (GPMS). The required supplier shall be responsible for the design, supply, installation, commisioning and ongoing support of the required service
