Description:
European tender for the purchase (purchase) and maintenance of MFPs and the rental and maintenance of a repro machine, the supply of print management and management software and supplies

The objective of this tender is to optimally meet the contracting authority's need for printing, copying and scanning (via the MFPs and the repro machine). The contracting authority wishes to achieve this goal by means of a European tender according to an open procedure. This tender will have to result in uniform services, pricing, expiry date and conditions for the contracting authority.

- Type 1: full color MFP minimum 30 PPM A4 and A3 (purchase) twelve,

- Type 2: full color MFP minimum 60 PPM A4 and A3 (buy) one,

- Type 3: full color repro machine at least 90 PPM A4 and A3 (rental) one,

- Total number of black and white prints (per year) A4 and A3 (decentralized) approximately 910 000,

- Total number of full color prints (per year) A4 and A3 (decentralized) approximately 600,000

- Total number of black and white prints (per year) A4 and A3 (central) approx. 1,690,000.

- Total number of full color prints (per year) A4 and A3 (central) approximately 1 100 000.
