The subject of the contract is the lease of presses for automatic blood distribution into components in the amount of 4 pcs. (Package I) and the successive supply of in-line blood collection kits compatible with the presses offered under the lease (Package II). 2. Delivery of the subject of the order to the Regional Center for Blood Donation and Blood Treatment in Łódź (in the location at Franciszkańska 17/25, 91-433 Łódź) will be carried out at the expense and risk of the Contractor.

3. The conditions for the implementation of the subject of the contract are specified in Annexes 8a and 8b to the SWZ (Draft provisions of the contract).
