Flextrafik is offered in accordance with the EU rules for the area and includes six different types of services:
Flexhandicap, which is a statutory scheme intended for citizens with walking difficulties who have been given walking aids from the public sector.
Flexpatient is a statutory delivery service to and from hospitals for citizens of Region Zealand and Capital Region.
Flexkommune is typically driving to a doctor, specialist, rehabilitation, etc. It is the individual municipality that decides whether the driving scheme should be offered to the citizens of the municipality, and it is the municipality that searches the citizens for it.
Flexrute is fixed route-based transport to, among other things, school, day homes and sheltered workshops, etc. It is the individual municipality that decides whether the driving scheme should be offered to the citizens of the municipality.
