the contract is a framework agreement concluded in accordance with Article L2125-1 1 ° of the Public Order Code concluded from 1 January 2024 until 31 December 2024 and then expressly renewable from year to year and this until 31 December 2027 and for a maximum annual amount of 2,000,000 euros (excluding tax). There is no annual minimum amount.
