The Selke and the Bode are 1st order waters and are therefore owned by the State of Saxony-Anhalt. The maintenance obligation lies with the State Agency for Flood Protection and Water Management Saxony-Anhalt, Halberstadt river area. The measures "NB Deich HWS OL Ermsleben" and "NB Deich HWS OL Hedersleben" were worked out in the course of working on the technical basis for the preparation of the flood risk management plans. Outflow parts of the rivers can escape via the banks, which are too low, and lead to flooding in Hedersleben or Ermsleben. The necessary safety can be achieved by line-like flood protection measures. The expansion plans are made for a degree of protection HQ100. To achieve the aforementioned objective, the planning services listed below are to be provided by the contractor.
The total construction costs are approx. EUR 3.65 million net.
The orders are placed for Hedersleben and Ermsleben in three stages. Initially, the client orders performance level 1 (LS1) for the following planning services. Power levels 2 (LS2) and 3 (LS3) can be ordered optionally.
- Object planning of engineering structures in accordance with § 43 HOAI 2013 i. V. m. App. 12. All basic services of LPH 1-2 (LS1), LPH 3-4 (LS2) and 5-8 (LS3) as well as selected special services,
- Object planning of outdoor facilities in accordance with HOAI § 39 i. V. m. Annex 11, LPH 1-2 (LS1), LPH 3-4 (LS2) and 5-8 (LS3) all basic services (= GL) as well as selected special services,
- Specialist planning of structural engineering § 51 HOAI 2013 i. V. m. Annex 14, LPH 1-2 (LS1), LPH 3-4 (LS2) and 5-6 (LS3) all GL as well as selected special services,
- Land use planning landscape management plan according to § 26 HOAI 2013 i. V. m. Annex 7, LPH 1-2 (LS1) and LPH 3-4 (LS2) all GL as well as selected special services for area planning acc. Annex 9 HOAI,
- Object planning of outdoor facilities in accordance with HOAI § 39 i. V. m. Annex 11, LPH 1-2 (LS1), LPH 3-4 (LS2) and 5-8 (LS3) all basic services (= GL) as well as selected special services,
- further consulting services acc. HOAI: including geotechnical report, planning measurement, construction survey,
- Other freelance services: SiGeKo, environmental support, creation of digital dike book / data container.
