The contract covers the production and delivery of up to 29 passenger cars in accordance with the requirements of the Specifications - Technical Section (Part B) for the State Reception Agency of Lower Saxony.

The contracting party and contracting party is the Landesaufnahmebehörde Niedersachsen. The responsibility of the Logistics Center Niedersachsen ends with the award of the contract.

The guaranteed vehicles per lot will be ordered upon award of the contract. If necessary, all other vehicles will be ordered by 31.3.2020 at the latest.

The delivery of the vehicles shall be carried out as a self-pickup by the contractor or, optionally, including any additional costs or additional costs, to the delivery addresses specified in the Specifications - Technical Part (Part B), Lots 1-4.
