The subject of the contract is the collection and management (recovery or disposal) of municipal waste indicated in the description of the order from inhabited and uninhabited properties located in the Municipality of Łaszczów, in a way that ensures the achievement of appropriate levels of recycling, preparation for re-use and recovery by other methods and reducing the weight of biodegradable municipal waste transferred to landfill, in accordance with the provisions of the Act of 13 September 1996 on maintaining cleanliness and order in municipalities (i.e. Journal of Laws of 2022, item 1297, as amended), and the provisions of the Regulations for maintaining cleanliness and order in the municipality of Łaszczów approved Resolution of the City Council in Łaszczów No. XIV/129/2020 of September 22, 2020.
