For this consultation, a group of orders grouped together two entities, in accordance with articles L. 2113-6 to L. 2113-7 of the public order code: the city of Saint-Étienne and Saint-Étienne Métropole. This open tender is subject to the provisions of Articles R. 2124-2 1o and R. 2161-2 to R. 2161-5 of the Public Order Code. The supplies will be the subject of a framework agreement to single-award purchase orders without minimum or maximum, over the total duration of the contract, all members of the group combined, pursuant to articles R. 2162-2 al 2, R. 2162-4 3o and R. 2162-13 to R. 2162-14 of the Public Order Code. The Framework Agreement will be concluded for an initial period of one year from the date of notification.
