1. The subject of the contract is the supply of non-assembled residential containers with equipment and sanitary containers

and fecal tanks with metal stairs in division

into 2 parts.

Part No. 1:

Delivery of non-folding residential containers with equipment.

Part No. 2:

Delivery of sanitary containers and fecal tanks with metal stairs.

2. The detailed scope and conditions of the contract are presented by:

- operational and technical requirements (WET) for individual parts,

- a draft contract for individual lots,

- offer valuation printing for individual parts,

- model protocol of acceptance – transfer,

- model protocol of completion of the complaint procedure,

- Quality clause No. 3 /RZI Kraków/2023

- product card pattern.

The documents are annexes to the SWZ and are an integral part of it.
