A dealer link (LARs) shall be procured that shall provide maintenance, supplements, advice and administration of software licences for the counties Telemark, Buskerud and Vestfold, as well as specified municipalities.

The competition is for a contract for software licences, including procurement, hire, maintenance, supplements, advice and administration. The contract is aimed at the dealer link.

The aim of the procurement is to reduce the procurement costs, simplify the procurement of software and licences, as well as ensure good administration of the licences.

The procurement's value is estimated to 25 000 000 NOK excluding VAT per annum.

The volume is estimated based on statistics and the accounting figures for the procurement of equivalent products for the same buyer group for previous years, as well as future budgets. The value must therefore be considered an estimate and is not binding.

The product areas are:

— Microsoft (expected turnover 18 000 000 NOK per annum);

— Citrix (expected turnover 3 000 000 NOK per annum);

— VMware (expected turnover 3 000 000 NOK per annum);

— Adobe (expected turnover 1 000 000 NOK per annum).
