The purpose that the Contracting Authority has in mind with this Tender procedure is as follows: The conclusion of a framework agreement with one party to support the municipality of Leiden, Leiderdorp and Oegstgeest in the functional management of VRI's, replacement of VRI's and other traffic control technical work. With which sufficient qualitative VRI specialists are available, to keep Leiden and neighboring municipalities accessible and the rapid developments that VRI's go through can be well controlled.
