Order name: “Running a shelter for homeless animals in Krakow”. The subject of the order includes:
— running a hostel,
— carrying out animal protection activities,
— trapping animals from the municipality,
— acceptance of stray animals and animals received from owners or guardians under the provisions of the Animal Protection Act of 21 August 1997 (i.e., OJ of 2020, item 638).
A detailed description of the subject of the contract shall include the model contract with the annexes, annex 5 to the Specification of the Terms of Order (SWZ). This procedure shall be procedure by unrestricted tender, using the so-called 'reverse procedure' described in Article 139 of the Pzp Act.
1. In this proceeding, communication is carried out using the miniPortal https://miniportal.uzp.gov.pl/, ePUAPU https://obywatel.gov.pl/nforms/ezamowienia and e-mail. Details of how the Contracting Authority and Contractors are communicated are set out in point 10 of SWZ.

3. The Purchaser does not allow submission of partial offers.
4. The Contracting Authority does not require the execution of the contract by the protected work establishments.
5. The Awarding Entity does not allow submitting variants.
6. The Awarding Entity does not envisage conducting an electronic auction.
7. The Contracting Authority allows the Contractor to carry out the subject of the contract using subcontractors on the terms set out in the SWZ.
8. Pursuant to Article 95 (1) of the Pzp Act, the Contracting Authority requires employment by the contractor (or subcontractor) on the basis of the relationship about the work of persons performing during the execution of the order the activities specified in § 6 (1) of the model contract, since the performance of these activities consists in the performance of the work the way set out in Article 22 (1) of the Act of 26 June 1974, the Labor Code (OJ 2020 item 1320 as amended).
Attention! This employment requirement under an employment contract does not apply to the submitters: natural persons engaged in business activities who commit to the personal provision of the services referred to above and the partners of the personal companies who undertake to the personal provision of those services to the company.
9. The Contracting Authority provides for the possibility of awarding contracts referred to in Article 214 (1) (7) of the Law Pzp in a net amount not exceeding PLN 5 000 000,00. These orders will consist of a repetition of similar services, in relation to those described in this procedure in the template of the contract and the annexes thereto. The conditions under which the above contracts will be awarded shall correspond to the conditions set out in the template of the contract and the annexes thereto, with the conditions of participation in the proceeding limited to the repeated scope of the contract.
10. The Contracting Authority does not require the execution of the contract by protected work establishments, social cooperatives or other contractors subject to the provision of Article 94 (1) of the Law Pzp.
11. Attention! The value indicated in points II.1.5 and II.2.6 of the notice shall contain the orders referred to in Article 214 (1) (7) of Law Pzp.
12. The Contractor shall submit a defect of PLN 20 000 before the expiry of the deadline for submission of tenders. The rules for bringing the defect are set out in paragraph 13 of SWZ.
