Frederikshavn Housing Association afd. 6, Koktved, faces a major renovation of the department's 102 homes - The project is supported by Landsbyggefonden and Scheme A is approved.
In the same context, a whole plan has been drawn up which describes a number of actions, including rectifying a number of damage to existing housing, improving accessibility so that 30 of the homes are repaired into disabled friendly homes with lift. All apartments are provided with a quality boost with new bathrooms, surfaces and fixtures.
The surroundings are refurbished to a smaller extent with new paths, living spaces and improvements with reassure-building lighting.
The settlement together constitutes 8338 m2 of housing - in addition to basement, rises and outbuildings.

The project consists in complete renovation of 8 apartment buildings (16 rises in total) in 3 floors including basement and with associated common features and away areas — A total of 102 homes. There is to be renovation of 72 homes at Plantagevej 20-36 and Finnsvej 56 as well as the conversion of 30 homes into accessibility housing on Finnsvej 50-62.
The project consists in the following works:
• Complete replacement of climate screens, including facades, roofs, windows and doors (basement level windows and facade doors, and windows in south gables must be reused)
• Replacement of terrain tyres and securing sentence damage by concrete foundations in basements
• Replacement of interior all sewage systems for exterior foundation
• Partial replacement of exterior sewerage system.
• Complete replacement of Water, Heating and Electric installations
• Replacement of balconies.
• Redevelopment works ifm. merging and renovation of the homes
• Renovation of all interior surfaces
• New bathrooms in all homes
• New kitchen, bath and wardrobe fixtures in the homes
• New ventilation systems in all homes
• Exterior construction works, including renovation of areas, new lighting, new paths, ramps, planting etc.
• Stairroom must be painted (Walls, smooth ceilings, underside stairs, handrails)
• Heat Master Building (Seddel Workshop and Office) must have replaced the roof alone and consequent works.
• The common house must have replaced the roof alone and consequential work. In addition, the community house must have new terrain deck and tile floors at the entrance hall, as well as remodeling toilet deposits so that they meet disability requirements.
• Terrain uplift must also be carried out so that there is availability up to the community house.
• Existing garage buildings have been renovated with new roof and therefore are not included in the entrance price. Here, lighting should be replaced alone
