1) Task I

Cleaning of the surface of the provincial road No. 833 Chodel — Kraśnik and the former national road No. 19 in Kraśnik, from impurity after the winter season and during the summer.

a) The surfaces of the provincial road No. 833 and the former national road No. 19 should be cleaned to the extent consistent with the bill of quantities of services and the "Conditions for cleaning the surface of provincial roads".

b) Cleaning after the winter period should be carried out once after prior notification by the Ordering Party in the amount of 18 930 m2.

c) The planned amount of surface cleaning in the summer is max. 2 times, i.e. 37 860 m2. The minimum amount of surface cleaning will be 1 time.

d) The Ordering Party reserves the right to reduce the number of cleaning times in the summer.

Task No. II

I. Cleaning the surface of the voivodship road No. 835a from the national road S17 – Lublin (Elizówka town, section from the "Rudnik" junction to the border of the city of Lublin), from impurities after the winter season and in the summer.

a) The surfaces of the provincial road should be cleaned to the extent consistent with the bill of quantities of services and the "Conditions for cleaning the surface of provincial roads".

b) Cleaning after the winter period should be carried out once after prior notification by the Ordering Party in the amount of 6 272 m2.

c) The planned amount of surface cleaning in the summer is max. 2 times, i.e. 12 544 m2. The minimum amount of surface cleaning will be 1 time.

d) The Ordering Party reserves the right to reduce the number of cleaning times in the summer.

II. Cleaning the surface of the voivodship road No. 822 (section from the border of the city of Lublin to the "Tatary" junction), from impurities after the winter season and in the summer.

a) The surfaces of the provincial road should be cleaned to the extent consistent with the bill of quantities of services and the "Conditions for cleaning the surface of provincial roads".

b) Cleaning after the winter period should be carried out once after prior notification by the Ordering Party in the amount of 1 893 m2.

c) The planned amount of surface cleaning in the summer is max. 2 times, i.e. 3 786 m2. The minimum amount of surface cleaning will be 1 time.

d) The Ordering Party reserves the right to reduce the number of cleaning times in the summer.

Task No. III

I. Cleaning the surface of the former national road No. 19 Lublin – Modliborzyce in the town of Niedrzwica Duża, from impurities after the winter season.

a) The surfaces of the former national road should be cleaned to the extent consistent with the bill of quantities of services and the "Conditions for cleaning the surface of provincial roads".

b) Cleaning after the winter period should be carried out once after prior notification by the Ordering Party in the amount of 2 565 m2. The minimum amount of surface cleaning will be 1 time.

c) The price for cleaning the islands of asylum and the surfaces around them should be included in the price of one year. cleaning the surface.

II. Cleaning of the surface of the former national road No. 19 Lublin – Modliborzyce in the town of Lublin. Werewolf, from impurities after the winter season.

a) The surfaces of the former national road should be cleaned to the extent consistent with the bill of quantities of services and the "Conditions for cleaning the surface of provincial roads".

b) Cleaning after the winter period should be carried out once after prior notification by the Ordering Party in the amount of 1 480 m2. The minimum amount of surface cleaning will be 1 time.

c) The price for cleaning the islands of asylum and the surfaces around them should be included in the price of one year. cleaning the surface.
